Account Manager

We are currently seeking dynamic Account Manager’s based out of our Seattle, Spokane, Tacoma, Vancouver, and Tri-Cities, WA locations. The principal focus of the Account Manager is to retain and increase sales revenue as well as to build new customer relationships and rapport. This person will maintain existing sales activities, will be creative in his/her own techniques in generating new business, and will be responsible for conducting and presenting exceptional demonstrations, proposals, and value propositions to current customers and prospects.  Industry experience is a plus but not required.  This position pays a base salary plus commissions for a realistic potential of 100K + annually.

Copier Service Technicians Needed

We are currently seeking customer-focused copier technicians to fill the following positions.  We offer exceptional support to our technicians!  Enjoy quick access to parts and no red tape, we just make it easy for you to get resolution for your customers! 

Color Technician.  Experienced Color Technician needed to service Canon color copiers in the Seattle area.  Respond to service calls as dictated by local dispatch to perform emergency and preventive services on assigned customer equipment.  Complete service orders and transfer information to dispatch at conclusion of appointment. Follow up on parts calls and maintain adequate parts inventory.  Attend training classes and service meetings as assigned.  Must have reliable transportation.  This is a Monday-Friday, 8-5 work day.  Must be able to lift/move 50-75 pounds.   Pay is dependent on experience.

Service Technician.  WILLING TO TRAIN.  We are looking for mechanically minded individuals who would like to learn how to service business machines in the Seattle area.  Respond to service calls as dictated by service dispatch to perform emergency and preventive services on assigned customer equipment.  Complete service orders and transfer information to dispatch at conclusion of appointment. Copy Operator - Not Just another Copy Job!

We are looking for a Copy Operator to work on-site at two customer locations in the Seattle Metro Area.  This job includes supporting the customer with printing, copying, and binding productions on-site.  Our ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a variety of work environments and will have 1 to 3 years experience operating production equipment in a Copy and /or Mailroom operation. 

This position provides critical in-house copy support. Reporting to the site lead, the copy operator receives customer requests for print or copy work and produces the work on Canon high speed copiers, ensuring accurate and quality production. Some jobs require the use of bindery and finishing equipment. Other operation support includes keeping accurate records of jobs produced, mail preparation and delivery, office supply and inventory management and copier fleet support (meter reads, paper and toner supply, service calls). Operators insure jobs are finished to customer’s exact specifications with quality print and finishing services. They are competent in a digital environment and eager to learn new skills as needed. Our operators are dedicated to excellent customer service and present themselves with confidence, competence, cheerfulness and a professional appearance.  There is a 55 pound lifting requirement.
