PrintLog Accounting Server (PAS) is a server-based solution designed to assist with asset management, cost allocation and cost recovery. PrintLog Accounting Server is designed to help larger companies manage hardcopy and digital printer/copier expenses, evaluate new digital equipment purchases and allocate expenses on a departmental level. • Set limitations of jobs sent to devices with MyPrint™ functionality
• Ensure security of documents with Secure Document Release (SDR) with MyPrint functionality
• Set up to 5 validation fields (i.e., user, client, project, code, department) with Professional Billing Codes feature
• Silent Mode functionality, which allows a user to set up billing and continue printing to that client for a specified amount of time

   PageCounter 100 (PC 100) is a newly advanced Ethernet-based network transaction device that provides a highly cost-effective and flexible solution to track both printing and copying transactions. With this terminal, Equitrac introduces a new level of convenience with the ability to accurately track walk-up copying on either networked or standalone copiers. PageCounter 100 is a standalone device that will easily connect into an organization's copier or networked printer. Also, with the use of PrintLog Accounting Server, all copying activity is recorded in the PAS database, which lends itself to detailed reporting as well as limiting use in quota based environments. PAS features include the following:

• Supports magstripe requirements allowing for integration with vending applications, print release requirements, and basic user authentication

   Printer Release Server (PRS) is a Windows NT/2000-based software solution that helps control your printing environment, recover costs and eliminate waste by allowing you to easily charge for printing. Features include the following:

• Print Monitor monitors number of pages, color or black-and-white, and page size for a superior Pay-for-Print solution
• Print Coordinator coordinates holding of print jobs in a private queue in the print server, releasing documents to the printer, or deleting documents automatically
• Release Station allows users to release or delete jobs from the queue, is configurable to allow users to pay for and release their print jobs, and is customizable so that its appearance and behavior suit the needs of a particular environment.
