WORKGROUP EDITION

imageWARE Document Manager Workgroup Edition is an entry-level document management system that is optimized for small workgroups and project teams. For future needs, Workgroup users can upgrade easily to the imageWARE Document Manager Enterprise Edition for more robust database storage, audit trail and reporting tools, document expiration controls, and Web-based document viewing. Also, the imageWARE Web Document Server Workgroup Edition option can be added onto the Document Manager for powerful Web-based access, including most of the functions that are available on the desktop.

The Enterprise Edition supports high volume retrieval, archival, and records management as well as day-to-day document sharing between distributed users.
