User Interface

•	Assign custom tracking options/output limits to any printer or print server.

Reporting and Accounting

Print Audit data can be quickly and easily integrated into any accounting package to allow printing analysis through a proprietary data integration system.

Print Audit 4 has two distinct products that will organize the data you collect from workstations.

The Viewer:

Used to quickly search, sort, filter and total all the print jobs in the database. It also contains a powerful utility allowing you to import/export data to and from programs such as Microsoft Excel and Crystal Reports.

The Reporter:

Contains pre-formatted reports and graphs that you can view and print. Each report allows custom tracking options to select your own criteria so that you view only the print accounting information that you are interested in.

Print Audit Analysis

Features

A feature/price reduced version of our print tracking software used to analyze and report on all printing & plotting to all networked, local, and direct to IP printers.

•	Silently printer port, number of pages, number of copies, network user and computer name for print volume analysis.
•	Supports all Microsoft Windows operating systems including and after Windows 95.
•	Support for Access and SQL backends.
•	Silently installs easily to tens, hundreds or thousands of workstations through integrated mass installation tools.
•	Costs can be allocated to print volumes.
•	Minimum requirements Pentium or equivalent 386 or above.
•	Less than 2MB installed on the workstation.

Reporting and Accounting

The Analysis Tool allows you to produce reports based on the data Print Audit Analysis gathers. You can use this tool to analyze exactly how much users are printing and to what printers and generate several reports based on this information.

•	Includes several different reports that detail user and print volume analysis.
•	Advanced extrapolation tools that manipulate the Analysis data in order to show what print volumes will be in the future. This feature enables our customers to create comparisons when making new hardware decisions.
•	Customer specified grouping of user and printer data.
•	Costs per page can be adjusted.

Print Audit PageCost

Features

PageCost scans from a variety of common business documents and calculates actual toner coverage. Simply add the cost of toner cartridges and any other relevant consumables to PageCost’s Reckoner and it will calculate the true running costs based on actual coverage.

Used alone or with other Print Audit print management solutions, PageCost will uncover opportunities for your clients to reduce their print costs immediately.
