A quick-and-easy "walk-up" solution for operators to scan, Bates Number and print documents simultaneously. Operators can design a customized numbering sequence to be printed on each page, specify paper size and number of sets to be printed.

A kiosk-based application for sophisticated scanning, processing and printing tasks, all on one multifunction machine. Allows users to perform complex tasks such as scanning, quality control, Bates Numbering, creating graphic and searchable PDFs, OCR conversion, and generating loadfiles.
A large touch screen monitor with an intuitive and easy-to-use interface allows device operators to increase run times and improve accuracy.
Ribstone Systems' Order Management application allows managers to monitor job progress by employee, print activity reports, perform post-processing tasks, or export scanned images. Managing and tracking job information is easier than ever. Once scanning and QC are completed, managers can customize the final product for their clients.
Ribstone Systems' OCR engine can create OCR text, graphic or searchable PDF files. Users can process 2,000-3,000 pages/hour on standard litigation documents.
Images can be exported to servers or desktop computers, and operators are able to scan or print on any networked scanner or printer.
Bates Numbers are generated easily, without the hassle of the manual "copy-label-copy" method. .
Loadfiles can be created for target systems, such as Concordance™, Summation™, etc. Paralegals and attorneys from multiple firms can all access images processed with Ribstone's solutions. CDs can be customized according to the needs of each party as well.
Multi-Page TIFFs or PDFs (searchable or graphic) are easily created with the ability to burn CDs. CD images, backfile conversion, and searchable PDFs can be made available to legal firms clients.
FileName Editor allows users to edit and/or change filenames to match Bates Numbers, or to match any possible gaps in the numbering. This feature ensures that gaps in Bates Numbers can be matched to edited filenames for greater accuracy.
Slipsheets can be used to mark any document breaks, allowing users to build exact reproductions of print sets, with no errors.
